Weeden 17 burner ??
« on: September 09, 2022, 04:21:11 am »
Hello all

I have inherited a Weeden 17 model engine.  It has a single wick burner and a hole where I think a cork bung or a plug should be ?
Would anybody be able to list a picture of what it should look like please, as woild like to have it complete.
Thank you

Some more helpful pictures are below.

BTW: almost all of these have a missing reversing lever.

The question of plugs in the burners came up a few years ago, I contacted Ken Trobaugh and if my memory serves me right his thoughts were that there were corks in them originally.
