Update: I grabbed the last SP2D that ministeam had on sale, It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I have learned the early SP2 had rivets on the sight Glass and the new ones are screws.
Also with the current price of used Mamod on ebay the new one started to look better all the time.
Mamod online direct from UK had decent price for the engine BUT USA shipping was about half the cost of the engine...I sure hope the crazy shipping cost issues from Europe will settle down some.
