Holy Cow Daniel....that looks grand as it is, but perhaps it's not seaworthy and you want to run it on the water. Either way, gorgeous piece of work.

Actually Rog, it looks far better a few feet back, than it actually is. I would say with just a little bit of work it would be pond worthy again, as clearly it had been run extensively before I got it. But the deck is a guaranteed sieve with totally unsealed and fully exposed deck level hatches and no scuppers of any kind, so any water coming over the rails will almost instantly find its way below. I suppose it spent its operational life on the shallow pond in Golden Gate Park in Frisco, so it didn't need to worry about water coming over the rails. But I have no such dedicated model "yacht" pond here, so it will have to deal with the wind and waves of the deep mountain lakes that are available to me, and thus needs to be made "Seaworthy" to a new standard!
