I PLACED An ORDER IN 8 MONTHS AGO AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER MAY NOT BE READY TO PROCESS FOR ATLEAST ANOTHER YEAR!
BEING A SENIOR I DO NOT KNOW IF THE LONG WAIT IS WORTH IT AND I AM SOMEWHAT
CONCERNED THAT BASED ON RECENT EVENTS JENSEN MY BE SLOWLY CLOSING ITS DOORS.
I SURE HOPE NOT!

I need a complete boiler drain valve. When I first ordered it in 2016, Dorita told me it could take 6 months. No problem, right? Well, here we are about 7 years later after numerous phone calls and I still have nothing. My last call was with Aleta and she pretty much told me that they couldn’t supply the part, but I told her I’ve been waiting for 7 years already and I’ll just keep waiting if she could just try to remember me. How can they sell a $5K engine and not support it with the very basic parts?? Seems like all you can get are gaskets. Lol
