  Thanks, Bruce - nice video of your engine.
Your description is spot on.  It must take
nerve to drill a hole into a boiler.  The
installation reminds me of the setup of a
sleeved cartridge heater in a Weeden engine
I recently had to replace.

Maybe the 1st one , Jensen's are much easier to do than Wilesco's,the boilers are much thicker and are silver brazed, with Wilesco's  you have to be concerned with un-soldering the end caps.
