This is Jupp... he is 17,5cm or 7in tall at 1:10 scale, representing a nearly 6ft tall guy and just testing out this beasty 250ton friction screw punch press...

YES, its a real working friction screw punch press in scale 1:10, but not a jeweller's machine...
A jeweller would use a lever punch press for the job, not a machine.
This is a unique masterpiece, manufactured at the highest level of fine mechanic skills.

Unfortunately, I cannot make any statement about the manufacturer of your model. This model is unfortunately not known to me.
With the "big brother" I meant an old screw press that was in the locksmith's shop where I worked part-time about 30 years ago.The locksmith's shop was still partly equipped with machines as in the 1920s. There was even a transmission that was driven by a large electric motor.
