This came to me after being saved from a house fire and surviving the mishap at Earl Shilton show. Will I ever clean it..............NO.

Happy to see that itīs stored so that the water is kept preheated...one just never knows when the urge to steam it hits  ;)

Great picture of this little survivor, thanks for sharing Pete !

Great work Pete - wonderful patina! Would like to know more of the provenance, especially the Earl Shilton show mishap.

The Earl Shilton mishap happened at the steam show there. I was running an engine on gas and my burner developed a leak, when I lit it it flared up with an almighty WOOSH resulting in me losing half my beard and one eyebrow
