I somehow doubt that the owners of Fleischmann during Hitlerīs reign were Jewish, could be wrong, but until proven so i doubt it.
As far as i know, no Jewish businesses were kept under Jewish ownership, after the "Aryanization" decree of November 12th. 1938.
