hand crafted crosscut saw model steam engine tool.
here we have a hand-crafted crosscut saw made for a model steam engine.
It is 15" overall (inc. blade) 9 1/4" with blade folded, it is 5 1/2" W & 5 5/8" tall & actually will cut some wood. I simply placed a brass pulley I had setting around on it & it was ready to go. frame is made from Oak. this is not one of my builds, but I am proud to have it. this is a very simple but well thought out steam toy & I enjoy it quite a bit.
