Hand crafted ??? model steam engine tool
I don't really know what this is, I need your help to identifying it please. it is 4 1/2" sq x 3" tall & weighs 1 lb. 10 oz. & has a 14" long swing arm.

Okay Bruce .... after giving it some thought and looking at your other accessories in the same set, I'm going to suggest that it was an overhead boom swing-crane for delivering materials to the various other accessory workstations. Ceiling mounted, inverted (boom side down), it could be driven in either direction via pulleys on each of the side shafts from a common jackshaft by slacking and tightening the drive belts on either side thus not having to reverse the main power source, or jackshaft. The big circle arc that boom would make could still work for all of the other accessories if laid out properly, with raw material pickup on one side and finished material drop off on the opposite side.
