lastly for this set of hand crafted toys is a self propelled cart of some sort (provided your small enough to ride on it)
I really don't know what this is exactly folks, I could really use some help in this department. it would appear that the handles would propel it when moved back & forth. it is so fragile & in bad condition that I would probably need to build an entire new frame for it, & even if I do, I'm still not sure what I would have. any help fellow steamer/railroad people ?
