I think Charlie summed it up pretty good.  The clock's ticking.

Someone had this brand new Old Smokey fired without Water!!
The Result was the loss of the complete Sight Glass and the
Roller ended up in the junkyard where it got saved by
a friend of my Son. So it came to me free of charge
Unfortunately the Sight Glass was lost. Wilesco does not sell
the flange - only Gaskets, Glass and Cover ring with Screws -
or you may buy a new Boiler! Okay, I had to make a flange from
Bronze. Soldering was very easy and now the Roller had it's
first ride in my Workshop. NB. The Glass and Cover was in my
Spare Parts Box - ha ha - good to have one
