There's a caboose in the yard of a house just a couple of miles down the hill from me here. Doesn't look like they do anything with it, but it is at least minimally maintained.
That Cat is some serious business .... what is it that you need it to do for you Charlie?
Building two 30 acre lakes to start.
Building and maintaining firebreaks on all our perimeter fence.
I also have an experienced operator that I will lease it to for contract jobs.
A couple of thirty acre lakes is serious business also, and that along with 3200 acres worth of firebreak makes for full justification in my book!
