Time will tell, but I should caution you that a few of us have placed orders, received tracking info, and followed it to ultimate delivery to some other address. Likely a purse of women's clothing to Texas in one known case. What I believe is occurring in a situation like that, is that the Chinese seller has sold to you a product that he doesn't actually have in stock, but to keep your money in his account as long as possible, and to keep you on the hook as it were, they provide you with a tracking number of something that actually did ship ... just not to you. Meanwhile, they are hoping to be able to fill the order from their end, and ship to you belatedly, or in the best case, have you give up on the whole thing without filing a claim, so they end up with your money, for free as it were.

Not saying that this is what's happening to you. Your engine may well be delivered soon against the very number you've been tracking. Just saying that some fast and loose games have been played before in situations such as this!
