Bonjour Jim,

Tour engine seems to run perfectly, did you enhance it ?

On mine, after a few moments of use, the crankshaft had taken some play and especially the flywheels no longer held on the crankshaft, so we improved this engine by replacing its worn needle bearings with shouldered bronze rings and made small flats on the crankshaft so that the flywheel retaining screws can be housed there.
In addition, we raised the gas tank by 15mm to help the carburetor work.
Besides this, I have successfully tested Alkylate 2-stroke gasoline:

Nice run Mate!

How's your trigger finger do'n now? Seems like you are using it okay.

Perhaps you could name that engine Jumpin' Joey or some such, the way it tries to Kangaroo around the table?    ;c)

My M90 is nicknamed The Creeper, as it slowly pushes itself across the bench when it's running!

Wisdom is the domain of the Wis (which is extinct). Beauty is a French phonetic corruption of a short cloth neck ornament currently in resurgence..."

G'day Raphael.....this engine is 'as is' from when I bought it 4 years ago. I was happy it started so easily after not running it for quite a while.
Your one is running very well.
