I did check them and they seem to have wires out. I pushed them closer so they touch the plugs when the boot goes on.

One thing I noticed also is when ignition is on and I turn the flywheel manually,  at times when there is a spark , the flywheel jolts anti clockwise for a short period. Almost like a magnet effect or something similar. This didn't use to happen.  Could there by a short in the CDI unit ?
