Turning the distributor wont alter the timing on it at all, its just a wire outlet, the ignition sensor is right behind the cam gear inside the cam chest, its a fixed ignition

Have you had one apart? If so, how is the inside lubricated aside from placing oil on the cranshaft where it meets the crank case?
