model domestic vertical completed now
« on: March 21, 2019, 09:32:06 pm »

Well, i finally finished the base and got all the ignition parts stuffed into the base. The mixer design is not the best in my opinion- the fuel is gravity flow into it, so the mounted height of the fuel tank is critical. I may go "off design" and lower the fuel tank and put a check valve in-line. It works better that way, but just isn't to build specs. I hope to  be taking this to the NAMES show in a month.

Thanks! I am looking forward to attending NAMES for the first time, and meeting up with many of our "new forum" members. I will only be there fri and sat. Planning on visiting the Henry Ford museum sunday. I hope to bring 4 engines i have built recently.
