I have found the brass wingnut but not the oil cup, this is whay I have sent a message to Jin, I hope he will answer and send me one.

Raphaël until you receive the oiler from Jin, I think you would be safe running it by using a syringe to put some oil down the hole for lubrication.
They are a great engine, just be careful of the rods, they can easily be knocked out and dropped on the ground by your fingers when you lift the engine up.

As suggested by Jim, I have added a drop of oil on the crankshaft and as usual have had a lot of difficulties to adjust this engine, and I succeed finally :
