If you are referring to the wire brush in the second photo Jürgen, I might inform you that this wire brush is is my ‘patented’ soldering iron support to rest my soldering iron upon when it is heated.
Personally I detest the use of a wire brush like grinding wheel as I think that they do more damage than good by removing more than necessary and even eroding the base metal away.
