Hello Thomas - thank you for the information. I am quite sure that the burner belongs to the Super Enterprise. Take a look at the picture below - it fits perfectly between the 3 axes. The serial number is stamped on the right side # Y 623 (and also on the Label) - maybe you can find out more about the production year - I am not familiar with it.
