  I don't think this engine had 2 rings on top. I think it's just a little older than the double top ring Bing engines.

Hi Bob - have a view to the "Schiffmann" Book - there you will find the Bing with only 1 Ring.
I mailed to Mr. Reinhard Schiffmann and he confirmed this version - but has no Explanation for it.
