Looks like your on top of it Ben , to bad you have to do all this work to a brand new engine 🤔

My brand new one from PMR was also a poor runner    It’s getting better with time. It actually came to a stop after my first video and the cylinder had to be cleaned/re-lubed to even get it going again. I have had to do this 3 times to get where I am now. Had this been my first ever engine, I probably would have given up on the hobby 

I picked up a once fired older version that runs 5 times as fast as my newer model.
