Just finished assembling, and did a short genny test as well.
VERY easy to assemble, approx. 10 minutes incl. a bit of unnecessary fumbling.

It runs as a motor at a steady pace on 3V DC, and puts out approx. 2V DC when hauled by the 20.
The output can definitely be optimized, as i had to put A LOT of strain on that green belt, to keep it from slipping on the smooth wide plastic pulley.
Actually to the point where the plastic bearingposts started to warp slightly, which definitely doesn´t make anything go smoother.
