My Perseus plant is on the nice cast aluminium factory base, i had a water tank fitted too.

Regarding the gas tank, yours is the 'Surefill' system like mine. You are correct in that the white collar is used as a PRV but only when filling the tank. The red collar is used for the gas filler.  There is a chrome screw on valve with two holes on the side which you screw down on the white collar whilst filling the gas tank, when liquid gas vents through it the tank is full and it can be unscrewed and the gas filler shut off and both chrome caps replaced.

I just oil the bearings as required with a needle oiler filled with bearing oil, however i know some folks have tapped the oil holes on their engines and fitted glass oilers or brass oil cups.
