Very good catch Nick - I like the Buckman's - they are so cute.
I'm not familiar with the Jensen, but certainly an interesting V2.
I hope you show us some videos of the engines running.

Auction houses already charge a nice surcharge and shipping also costs another nice sum.
I hope they pluck you not too bad.

Arnold ;D

@Nick, congratulations on the Buckman, I knew you wanted it & didn’t want to break your heart  ;) my shipping fees are higher than what you got the Buckman for  ;D

I won the dirt cheap super rare Lipsia (which I believe could actually be EP & not Schoenner) & the original Jensen 5 among other stuff.
I had to buy the 4 engines on the board to get the Boucher twin vertical to complete my collection; which now includes all Boucher engines line  ;D

Will share when I get the Big Boys Toys

The Lipsia is very rare - not seen yet. Not Maerklin or Schoenner - maybe Ernst Plank or Falk
The price is a real steal...
Dr. Schneider was not a manufacturer and he had production done by various companies.

Well done Mike!! I really wanted that Lipsia, but would have had to pass on the Jensen had I won that and the Buckman, but at least I know where it went ;) Thanks for letting me steal the Buckman ;)

Well done to you too Mike  .....  boy-howdy, somehow that auction turned out to be a real theft-fest par excellence for at least a couple of our august members, so I raise a glass in celebration to you both!!!

Thanks Arnold, Charlie, Daniel, and Nick.
Nick, I hope that you enjoy this rare & beautiful Buckman very much. I love the round flywheel rim.
