Here there is some obvious proof of a new topcoat in the tender

Cranko diamond on the opposite boiler end. I also tried attaching the spring to the mysterious hole in the side of the tender. It kind of works, but not the best as it’s only pulling the one side

And finally the instructions that say it was made by Donald Cranko and talk about the dipstick and fuel tablets. They are also quite a bit different than other Cranko roller instructions I have seen... So is it A.M.E. Or Donald Cranko??
