I was told that Donald Cranko moved from Havelock North and ceased operations in mid 1956
When he moved up north to Whangārei area. ( family contacts )
But your paper work suggests otherwise if it is genuine ?

We will probably never know, but still quite interesting...

The flywheel suggests A.M.E. But the rest of the re-paint could have just been because a matching paint to the tender/firebox couldn’t be found anymore for the boiler if NOS parts were being used...

The instructions are quite different from the other set I have seen with a Cranko roller
