Been a bit of a hiatus, life get's in the way (especially when your 10!) but we managed to do a few more hours on Saturday morning. There's still a LOT more to do, but the huge pile of screws and nuts have gone down a little bit! My grandson James is enjoying building this with me so much I don't care how long it takes because its so much fun doing it with him  :)

Progress is undoubtedly evident. Looks good. Your grandson James and you are doing well to take your time with the build. Especially since you are obviously enjoying the build.

Good things come to those who wait.

Cheers

Great success. I like the Ferris wheel a lot. How many hours in total have you and your grandson spent on it now?
Congratulations to James and you.
Cheers

Thanks guys its been a wonderful thing to do with my grandson, a lot of thinking, planning and lots of laughs and smiles.

Been 9 hours now, James smaller sized hands and fingers have been very handy tools!

Now we're getting up to the more complicated part and we've watching Bruce's vid that he did for us a fair few times and getting pointers.
