Thank you Charlie, it is always fun to work on other owner's "fixes".

Last night I was steaming it up and I am pretty sure I am at or near peak performance now.  When I had gotten the oscillating screw and spring sorted out I was still using the old throttle screw.  Also, I don't think you would call these oscillating piston's efficient.  So when I was on the original screw that never closed all the way, maybe 50% closed, I never really built up steam.  So during my final playtime last night I really let her build up, got the smoke stack gurgling and then released steam - the little guy went into warp speed!
