If the boiler height is 110 mm, the boiler diameter is 63 mm and the flywheel diameter is 70 mm, then it is a Doll 354/1.
If the boiler height is 130 mm, the boiler diameter is 70 mm and the flywheel diameter is 80 mm, then it is a Doll 354/2.
