I have run across something that makes me believe that your #7 photo shows a Grizzly Industrial, Inc. kit model H8101 that was most likely built by the individual whose collection you are trying to identify. Grizzly Industrial is a manufacturer / distributor of mostly Chinese built machine tools for both metal and woodworking. They are also a supply center for luthiers and other craftsmen. The machine tools that they sell have definitely improved over the years, and are now actually rather good, especially for the money, in these current times.

Don't know if they still offer these kits, but a catalog from them dated 2016 has them listed as either fully machined, just needing light clean up, final fitting and assembly (H8102) for $199, or the H8101 kit that was just raw stock and plans that sold for about $90 as seen here:
