I assume the pipe up at the top is where you could hook it up to a compressor... I tried Google image search and while it found similar setups, there wasn't anything exactly like it. 

It seems well made but I didn't fuss with it, just snapped some photos of it.  I figured if anyone new anything about it, I'd find information here :-)
