That is a tough nut to crack.
Unfortunately, Jensen has no replacements at this time. You may
have to buy one in worse shape but with a cylinder/piston/rod assembly.
I bought a 1951 Jensen #10 with a rough but working boiler. Then, I bought
a #5 with a good boiler, swapped the boilers, and sold the donor on ebay.
If you part the donor out you may get most of your $$$'s back. Someone is
always looking for a whistle, S/V, sightglass assembly, and whatever else
can be detached.
