I've ordered two but don't understand what the problem is. His feedback rating is 99.6%. How is that a problem? I've never sold on Ebay so don't really know how things work.

Hi Brent, eBay typically ignores people with 99.5% good feedback. In fact, I have seen ebay ignore sellers with good  feedback down in the 80s or low 90s percentages. In Jin's case, I believe there is a small but vocal group of people (possibly as few as 1 or 2) who complain loudly not just with feedback but possibly with phone calls.
I noticed that while Jin opened this new channel more recently, they either imported his previous negative feedback or the disgruntled party has bought under a new user name and re-posted the same feedback. I also believe it's possible that eBay is (dare I say it) discriminating against some of those whose language is harder to translate and/or understand.

I also wonder if some of the newer sellers on ebay are attempting to step on the competition.

Thanks Gil. Sounds  pretty cutthroat to me; I'll be there are others selling similar products who are doing this, as you said. I would never have thought 99% positive feedback would be a problem.

I bought one, could not pass it up at that price, plus I want to help also. I only have two sterling engines, with three I can call it a collection!

Let me say this: I've had many dealings with Jin over several years, and only ever had one problem in that association that most certainly was NOT Jin's fault in any way. He took care of it in the most equitable manner possible bearing the full cost, so I was out nothing and received a speedy replacement!

My tiny Stirling just came in and it looks and runs perfectly.
Ordered August 21st to today, August 30th - a really quick
delivery from the other side of the world.

My old engines blushed when they saw Jin's Stirling.  They were
blinded by the light.

Received the first of these J06D's that I ordered from this really fantastic deal two days ago. It is most certainly a "Little Gem" of a Stirling Cycle Engine!

Just ordered another to give to a friend who has yet to be corrupted by the Steam & Stirling hobby!!!    ;c)

May yet order a third, before this amazing deal comes to an end ..... just because!?!?

I have one on the way. Never had a problem with Jin’s service on anything I have bought from him.

They run absolutely fantastic, but as a caveat, be careful not to overfill the little burner and give it a reasonable cool down time before trying to touch the engine anywhere!

I fire mine in a baking tray with an insolation pad under it, and I also put a little anti-seize on the burner threads then never use those threads to fill the tank, but rather use a fine needle tip on a small hypodermic to fill the tank through the vent hole or alongside the wick.

I ordered my second one from this wonderful sale yesterday, just two days after receiving my first one, but in truth I already had two of these from much earlier in the year, so knew well what wonderful little engines they truly are!!

I may well order a third before this super deal ends, not necessarily because Christmas is coming, though gifting does come to mind, but more likely, just because!!!

Mine arrived today.  As everyone knows, it's a great little engine and runs like a top. As someone who makes this kind of stuff as a hobby, it would be a tough build with the traditional manual machines as Sterling engines have very tight tolerances and the tiny size of this engine makes it that much harder.  An a absolute steal at this current price!

Left positive feedback which hopefully helps.
