Maybe this ELECTRIC Motor was advertised and sold by BISCHOFF of Dresden, but it was manufactured by MESCO of Leipzig (Eastern Germany).
Depending on the Voltage it is #411 (110V) or #412 (220V) referring to the 1938 catalog.

Thank you - I know it is made by Mesco - but it looks so nice in the old Bischoff Catalog
