Seller won't budge. He said open case with eBay.
eBay won't open case since I must contact seller?? I called eBay and they said it's too soon, I must wait until tomorrow.

I am a little embarrassed to say the least.

I read the ad and looked at the pictures only on my phone in mobile mode (which is blurry and small) and I thought  super deal. But after the offer was immediately accepted (which I didn't think it would be), I looked further and my heart sank.

Took me a while to figure out why I was fooled... I was not fully attentive as I was waiting for my kid to come to his room to go to bed. He was having a tantrum in the living room not wanting to go bed, so I just ignored him (I didn't want to reinforce such behavior with attention.) and told him I would wait for him in his room (mommy was out at a library get together).
So with him having a fit in the background and that noise hindered my judgement.

The good news is that my son eventually went to his room and I tucked him in and he is sweet once again. I've gotten good deals on eBay and I'm almost always happy with my purchases so I guess a bad deal was due...
