• Found this picture on the internet.
  A locomotive with oddly mounted crane.

• Neilson Crane engine. Two were supplied to the South Eastern Railway in UK, later Southern  The first  one entered service in 1881.

• The photo date is between 1931 to 1949. Probably taken at Stewarts Lane, Battersea, London.
