It runs right nicely.  Those "blue thunder" generators sure are a fun steam accessory & your little engine does  a fine job of it. I've seen the dual s/v's a few times & always it seems on the small Wilesco's , maybe they were a bit less expensive than a whistle , but wouldn't a small knurled plug be even less expensive  ?

The strange thing is, some of the Wilescos did come with a small knurled plug... Maybe they ran out and had a ton of SV’s already made up
