Randy, do you have an YouTube account?

If not, just go there and create one, it is pretty easy to do.

Once you have the account, and is logged in, simply click the upload button there, at the top right corner, and choose the file/movie you want to share.
After it has been uploaded and is processed by YouTube, you simply open the movie, and copy/paste the url from the top address bar into a post here, and voila...

I would be very happy to upload it for you, but it really is quite easy to do once grasped, and would be far more fun if you eventually got your own dedicated channel.
