Thanks for the offer!....I am making investment in 2-3 sizes of BIX burners and pipe and valves to run them. Also I am afraid of old electronic heaters around metal boilers and water! 
Your new equipment would be fine, but at this time I am trying to avoid electronic boilers...I know some folks really prefure them...

Jensen has been making them since 1932 & every electric water heater in homes work similar, I understand the argument though 😉👍
