Steam Mechanical Oil Pump P100
« on: March 31, 2022, 08:23:51 pm »
This item is 72MM long, 40MM wide, 76MM high, and weighs 165G. It is made of brass and stainless steel.
It is driven by a connecting rod mechanism to rotate the gear, which is decelerated by the turbine gear.
It drives the 8MM piston to work downward. The piston makes the oil in the oil tank discharge from the interface.
The thread of the interface is 1/4-40 inch thread. There is a valve under the oil cup pipe .
When the working piston reaches the lower clamping point, the top locking screw needs to be unscrewed.
Manually rotate clockwise, the piston will move up to the top dead center, and the connection will be re-locked at this time,
and it can proceed to the next working cycle.

Very cool design and would make an excellent addition to a steam plant! Have you considered a reciprocating screw such as:

Could reset itself!
