Stuart #7A running off live steam from Jensen boiler.

Back at y'all again with another new video.    Borrowed this beautifully well-made Stuart #7A from Charlie.   Has a LOT of torque and runs great, however this is its first run off live steam.   Amazingly this engine uses way more steam than the Jensen 50 engine itself but the Jensen 50 boiler has no problem keeping up.

Nice to see this one running on steam.

I bought this one from Gil and I hope he can provide some history on it.

The Stuart 7A is a medium sized vertical with a square design
of 1" x 1" bore and stroke. Your model also has the optional
reverse gear unit. Nice to see that the Jensen Boiler has more
than enough steam to run this size of engine. Thanks for the video.

Hi Travis,  That 7A you have is the exact model.
I know because it came from the Office of Steam.
It is part of a collection I got from Andrew Burr. At some point I passed it on to Charlie.
