• Was working on this Stuart #9 and discovered “London Engine Co.” inside… I have only found one old post from 2015 of another Stuart #9 on UK ebay, but of course the pics are long gone… Anyone else know anything?

• Thanks, I have learned that this is not a Stuart No. 9 and was in fact made by London Engine Co.

• Seems very odd having that raise and embossed logo on the inside of the steam chest, if that is in fact where you found it?!?!

• Yes I assume it was just put on backwards as the other eBay reference I found from several years ago mentions the same thing on the cover, but of course those pictures are long gone.
