I had a hard time finding non-Chinese needle files and finally found a 6pc Swiss-made set at an R/C shop in their model building section. I'll have to keep an eye on that set from Home Depot and watch for a sale...
Thanks Nick. It is getting harder and harder to fine ANY tools that are not made in China. 
I've tried to explain this to small hardware stores in my area and I tell them that they are forcing me to buy online to find quality tools/parts, but they don't seem concerned. One local store announced that they were closing not even a week after I was in there telling them that I was going to go home and order what they couldn't supply me.
