many thanks for your nice order from May 14, 2020! Unfortunately, as usual, we cannot send your wishing "VIRUNATOR" (Art. M 47, special model) immediately! Despite binding confirmation, WILESCO do not send our delivery punctual in/for this week. Backgrund will be, that WILESCO works momentary (since 1st week of April) short-time (Monday-Wednesday/week), therefore there are delays in production and delivery.
Next delivery to us starts on Monday or Tuesday (May 15. or 16.), cause on May 21 was public holiday, we think to get shipments for end next week. After arriving we ship immediately when models will be again on store!
We hope for your understanding, cause momentary nothing runs around as in normal times!! Please note our biggest sorry for this actual bad / not normally situation.

Have similar issues myself, but the other way around (Stateside -> Europe).
Problem seems to be, that several shippers use passenger airlines, and not dedicated freight flights to haul their goods.
Passenger flights have been more or less completely grounded, besides specific evacuation flights of own citizens, due to Covid-19 lock-downs of passenger airports.
Hopefully weīll see some relief soon, seing that borders is starting to open again...at least here in northern Europe.
It seems that they may have made it to New York.
