Woe's Wishing Well something new.
« on: April 01, 2024, 12:28:00 pm »
I have never seen a drive model well with this kind of pump before. So I got
it from The Netherlands. Can anyone shed some light onto who made it, it has
no markings of its own. It works great, has a steady flow, and cranks easily.
I don't have to hold it, you'll see in the video at the end.

Can you identify this?

I have never seen this style of well and pump.  It's a nice design.

Any idea of the maker?

The functional style is that of a ship's chain pump, but I don't believe I've ever seen it used on a steam toy accessory before either.

Hi Tommy,

@Woe is me
Nice acquisition, I saw that one & resisted very much adding it to its round sibling!
They are very rare & made in Eastern Europe.

O.T.K., is that the company name? The other writing on yours definitely looks
like it's from behind the iron curtain. Mine has no writing anywhere.
