My brother has this engine on his shelf, is it of any interest or worth anything?

It certainly LOOKS interesting!

If it is well made and can be made to run well, then it is also certainly worth something!!!

I assume the pipe up at the top is where you could hook it up to a compressor... I tried Google image search and while it found similar setups, there wasn't anything exactly like it. 

It seems well made but I didn't fuss with it, just snapped some photos of it.  I figured if anyone new anything about it, I'd find information here :-)
