Got today my first Jensen - a Style #25 from ca. 1960
It is in a very nice condition and I made a steam test
right out the box. Thanks to Bruce St Paul Steam who
sold and shipped this nice engine to me - I am happy
to be now a member of the Jensen Pack - haha

Congratulations on joining the Jensen family Arnold!
That model is perhaps the most representative of the entire Jensen line-up.
You'll not be disappointed with that one, as it will be a solid runner for generations to come!
They have a habit of multiplying with time!!!
He did say first, not last 😉
Congratulations Arnold.
Be careful, next you will want a Jensen 50!
Thank you to all fellow steamers for your kind comment on my FIRST Jensen.
It was a must as a Jensen could not be missing in my steam collection . It is not easy,
to collect the Jensen brand in Switzerland, as they are only sold in the USA.
If I have a chance in the future - a #50 would be on my list - that is
true...

Arnold....it is about time!
We all would like a #50 but there are other Jensen goodies
out there. I have no doubts you will find others to buy
and enjoy - and you can still buy parts!

Not quite true Arnold, as 220 volt Jensen steam engines were made for export to Europe, and perhaps still are being made.
I will admit that they are probably rather uncommon on your side of the Pond, but some did make it over your way, without a doubt!
Arnold, my first Jensen was that exact same model...wonderful engine you will enjoy operating and showing. Coming from Bruce of SPS, you know it is perfect right out of the box.
cheers,
Roger
