Nice to see your own video Nick of the Stuart one-one, i know they still have the patterns for this model and i do hope it might get reintroduced at some point.
I was up to four S-50's, so one had to go... I have two early round cranks and a good running later example that I want to add a governor to. That NIB model was too nice for me to modify and sat on the shelf for many years un-used.
Fair enough and i know what you mean hope the funds went towards something else.

Thanks Daniel i'm very happy with all of mine, you can't beat the classic Stuart paint job IMO. I think the only other engines i'd like to add to my collection apart from the one-one would be the Stuart beam, No 1 and No 9 horizontal.
I started my model engine building career with Stuarts. The first one was just the 10 vertical. I learned how to machine one piece cranks, fixturing and setups. Great kits.
I used my #10 vertical plus the castings for another 10 but with column supports to build a power plant. Along with the engines and Stuart boiler I machined the water pump. I used to use this setup to power my saw mill model at old engine shows. I made a propane burner for the boiler. It worked better than the spirit burner.

Woah, Nick! You've amassed a heck of a Stuart collection.
May I ask what the boiler, center of the photo and directly in front of the compound, is? I havent seen one before and I like the looks of it. Very sharp.
